Cel vcs traction control cylynder miss fire codes
Can someone give me some food for thought on this I know there’s a lot of threads already on this but I need some help when I bought the car I’m pretty sure the guy did a battery disconnect to hide these things but the next morning from when I bought it I started the car and the check engine light the VCS like the church in control light in! Popped up I read the codes and it’s of cylinder misfire on one and five and then of course multiple misfires because there’s more than one I’m going to replace the Kohls in the spark plugs to take care of the check engine light but what is causing the VCS light in the trash and control light any help will be appreciated

They should go away if your only problems are with the misfires. Do you have an IS250 or IS350? If you have an IS250 you might want to have your car looked at for carbon buildup, which is very likely to be your problem at 170k.

its a 2006 IS250 also all recalls have been done . How would it act if it was carbon and how would you go about fixing I’ve heard sea foam and direct injection cleaner or something like that I will update after I get the plugs and coil’s changed to see if that fix everything

Unfortunately the fix is not in the recalls, it is a side effect of direct injection engines. Normally injectors spray down the intake and keep the valves clean, your injectors only spray in the combustion chamber. I am not so sure seafoam is good enough, its a lot of buildup that needs abrasive cleaning of a sort. Seems walnut blasting is a popular option.
