No they didnt. The previous owner probably slapped them on. F sport accessories were a thing though, such as shocks, sway bars, etc

No F-sport in 2007. Only "Sports Package" started in [2007 - 2008]

lexus never put F-sport badges on the fenders in 2007 from the factory.
x-packages had different wheels and a front lip but never any fender badging.
