Unless you were in there recently, I highly doubt that's the problem. More likely than not that you have a dead battery in one of your TPMS sensors. Just had this happen to one of mine. Just pull up to any old tire place and they'll tell you if one of them is dead with their scanner. You can grab a Denso replacement off of Amazon for $40.
edit: Here's the one I bought, Denso makes the OEM TPMS sensors, it's just not a Lexus branded part. Same thing though..

Hello Wmklogan, main culprit here most times is that the battery on the sensor in you tires are prolly dead due to age- I had same problem and all I did was replace all the sensors in the tires then reprogrammed the tpms server of the car to adopt the new sensors-I think you should get to a shop that has a good tool to read all the sensors to see if any of them have failed.
This would give you a clear idea of what your problem is.
Thanks

TPMS check system is either no sensors reading (dead battery or sensors not programmed). If you picked up a used one that ended up showing after a few days, could be that they replaced wheels without registering sensors. Also could have been switched to “Second Set” that’s in the menu on the left by trunk and gas release.
If TPMS low tire, means need to fill them. And reinitialize the setting.
