I just purchased this vehicle and thought I had some residue on the dash and it doesn't not only not come off but wiping caused a small pinhead hole. I don't see this in the recall or can't find anything on this. Can someone help me out I'm devasted.

It is fact a melted dash. $1200.00 dash replacement Lexus.

The part itself is quite cheap from Lexus (~$300), it's the labour that will get you.

Either way, on a 2011, this will not be a warranty or recall unfortunately.

My local lexus dealership wants $1550 to have a dash replaced for my IS350. The labor is $950. If I were to get one from ebay I still can't afford it cause it's about $500. Not to mention all that big mess work involved.
