Default Would you say its a bad battery?

So my mother woke me up to take my car because her Lexus would not start. The brake pedal was fully depressed and even though this happened before all i had to do was press it harder and it released which let me start the car. This time it did not. Along with the brake pedal when I held down the start button the odometer gauges started to flash rapidly and the clock is dimmer on one side (almost fading) than the other. I dont have anything to test the battery but all I can go off of is the weird electrical problems, the dim lights, and the car not starting. Also the battery is 4 years old so there's that.

90% sure it’s the battery.

yes, most likely when you try to start the car, all the light goes dimmer indicated your battery is weak.

As for the brake, you should see green light on start button (doesn't need to press super hard).

That is because you pumped the brakes without starting the car. It will build pressure and feels like rock solid. Until you start the car the pressure will not release.
