Hi, both keys have relatively new batteries replaced just over a month ago. I went out to the car this evening and the car wouldnt unlock at the handle. I tried the buttons which nothing changed. Popped the cover off the handle and used the key which opened the door but set the alarm off. Any ideas? - key not recognized is appearing in dash display

Update: I was able to open the boot and unlock if i stuck my hand inside and pressed the key to unlock i was then able to start the car... pressing the button around that area i found that i can use the key above the rear window (as shown in pic) to unlock and start the car. This is strange as previously i could use my car from extremely far away...
