thanks, and that looks great and one sole owner so really good. Good luck and let us know how it goes.

You can register the VIN in Lexus Drivers website and post the service history here.

In your part of NC is snow/ ice not a concern, it is here went with an AWD with luxury package about half the miles, 1 owner for a little over 10K

Ok, so the car was in good condition but there were a few things that needed fixing. The TPS system was on for the right rear tire and that will have to be fixed (I know on our SC430 it's about $200 a wheel to have it fixed at the dealer).

Overall though, we thought it was worth an offer. So we offered $7,500. If we can settle somewhere in the $7,700-7,800 range I think that will work. After this any car purchases for the college student she will have to pay for on her own lol.

Ok, so they came back at $8,000 so we split the difference and settled on a price of $7,750. It has a few nicks and what not (it is 10 years old) but we think it's a fair price for the car. Since our 20 year old will be driving it we thought this would be more manageable that an IS350.

Btw, my guess is the TPS light is for the spare TIRE in the truck and not the rear tire. Common issue. I'll fix it and reset the light later after we get the car which should be either today or tomorrow. I also have enough supplies in the garage to detail the car myself before we hand it over to the kid.

Got the deal done today and all is well. TPMS light went out when it warmed up to 70 degrees here in NC so we're fine there. Went through it with a fine-tooth comb and the only thing it needs is the vanity light fix I found on YouTube. Sometimes when you open the vanity mirror the light doesn't come on. No big deal. Needless to say, everything works as it should and all fluids are good. Oh and extra bonus the dash and all door panels were replaced last year by Lexus (previous owners were on a waiting list for a year). Here are some photos:

Is it AWD? Those wheels normally come on the RWD isx50.

Actually it's just 2WD. So far I've fixed the visor light issue (took it out and added some velcro as someone directed) and purchased a bluetooth adapter. Now when I start the car my phone connects automatically through Aux.

Before I forgot the stereo in this thing ROCKS!! And it's not even the Mark Levinson option.

I got the TaoTronics bluetooth adapter from Amazon.com. I did use the Aux cord that was left by the previous owner it seemed to have a better connection? So check that as well.

One thing I missed for those that come across this thread. Be sure and check the headlights lol. The passenger side had a ballast out and if you do some research it's a $1,000+ job at the dealer. I purchased the ballast for $49.99 on Amazon.com but you have to remove the front bumper to get the headlight out. Not a hard job just takes a little patience. I wouldn't have passed on the car but it's something to think about if you are looking. Other than that the car runs great and the 20yr old is happy. Killer stereo in this thing which I'm sure she will be using a lot

Im now seeing this weirdly but this is awesome and glad you got a pretty decent deal on it. Congrats to you and your daughter. Looks like a beauty. I unfortunately am still looking. The car I wanted got sold when I was in Aruba and the seller couldn’t wait for me which is understandable. But it’s getting quite cold and I need to get on the roll
