2011 ISF stereo problems
Hey all,
I have a 2011 ISF with navigation and Mark Levinson same system as ISX50. Yes I know wrong forum section but I posted in this section for more exposure and there's more diyers in this section.
The problem I'm having is sometimes when I start my car the system is frozen until it displays Bluetooth connection failed but sometimes it may take up to 5 minutes to fail and during this time the system doesn't respond to any touches and buttons. Audio off is displayed and you can't turn it on. Once Bluetooth connection failed is displayed the system finishes loading and you can turn on the radio.
My phone is a Google Pixel 2 XL running latest version. Another problem I have is that my track info (name, artist, album info) is never displayed on the screen it just says no data. Music still plays though. I've been meaning to try another phone just haven't done it yet.
Does anyone know if there are any software updates for the stereo?

Sorry I might not of been clear. Everything works fine if the Bluetooth does connect but when the Bluetooth fails to connect it hangs the whole system. If I unpair my phone so it doesn't attempt to connect everything works fine.

I forgot where I saw this (maybe a similar thread) but check and see if your phone is listed here:
https://www.lexus.com/MobileLink/
As previously mentioned you might also try pairing with a different phone and see if that works.
