Hi all,
my car '08 has been having issue with carbon buildup since forever. I want to do a walnut blasting to clean the carbon buildup but could not find any shop that willing to do it. I called a several places that does walnut blast but they only service for BMW and not Lexus
Does anyone know any place that can walnut blast our lexus is car that's near OC, or Riverside, or LA area?

No i been looking for those in many states. Volkswagen dealership was the only I know who can do it. If they refuse you because they dont do Lexus, then just pull one of the Mechanics there to the side and ask. They have walnut blast in the garage and do side work for about 600-800.

Hello, you can try RTMotorworks @ Arcadia. I know they do walnut blasting for BMW's, but the guy there services multiple cars. You can try asking him (:

Any luck? I called a place called http://bmwrepairorangecounty.com/walnut-blasting/ and they said they would do it for 440 which is expensive. Let me know what you found, Thanks

That is not expensive considering the alternative. You could do it yourself, I've seen youtube videos of home rigs but putting the rig together might cost you a couple of hundred $$$.
