Default Aftermarket seat experience

I have a 13 ISF and an 08 350. My wife and I find the F seats very comfortable and the 350 seats to be painful. I was about to pull the trigger on some F seats for the 350, but after seeing I’ll spend a minimum of a grand, I am considering buying some lighter racing seats for the F and moving my F seats into the 350.

Are there any lighter racing seats that are cofortable for 7-8 hours? I injured my back some years ago, so lumbar support matters. My second concern is all the airbag sensors. I think Sparco makes resister kits. How hard are they to wire in? Any help is appreciated.

Someone mentioned the possibility of a memory function error if there is not feedback from the servo motors. I don’t know anything about that. It would only impact the wheel and the mirrors, but something else to consider. If you know the answer to that I’d be interested. Thanks.

My 350 doesn’t have memory function, so no worries there for me. We use my 350 for the longer trips, so I really want to make it more comfortable and roomier (not sure why, but the F seats seem to sit lower, making the car feel roomier).

Im interested to hear of your progress.

We use our is350 for short trips around town, usually groceries.
Despite having lumbar and being cooled/heated, they are pretty uncomfortable (no physical injuries for either if us).
Now you have me interested in a set of F seats for my 350

I will update with how it goes. I’m afraid I’ll spend as much on my 350 as I have my F lol. Seats, suspension, LSD... because winters need to be fun too!

@Jwconeil did you end up doing the ISF seat in the 350? Or do you know if it’s a direct bolt on plug and play? I’m trying to figure out if it’s worth spending the money cause this seat is awful.
