Look up the following on ebay:
Black Leather Non Slip Dashboard Stitch Sun Pad Cover for LEXUS 2008-12 IS250

It looks like a layer of OEM leather when placed on the dash. Took about 2 months for it to completely mold to my dashboard. Totally worth it, and not like the ugly carpet ones.

by molding do you mean adheres to the melty dash material?

thanks for the reference, this is probably a better solution to the melty dash that already has a glare on the front window.

Can you post some pics of it. On eBay there just generic. If possible I would like to see above the gauges, middle air vent and passenger side where the air bad is. I’m curious how the edge is where I’ll be looking when driving. Thanks

Black Leather Non Slip Dashmat

I'd like to see pictures of the installed product too. Made in Korea so it'll be good quality.

Here you go. Excuse the messy garage :P

keep in mind that the mat came with a few double sided tape that I havn't used yet, which would press down on the corners more.

Also, mine is a Lexus IS Convertible, so it will most likely fit yours better since it was made for the sedan.

Does it do as advertised by reducing glare, UV and keeping the car cooler?

It says "DUB Leather Edition." Black imprint, so not too crazy

I know there is another company that sells a molded shell that drops over the dash, but it definitely wasn't cheap.

I don't know about cooler, but it reduces glare by a ton, and I'm sure will absorb UV from the dash, preventing further deterioration. I have a light tint all around, which keeps everything cool.

Thanks, I ordered one. How long did it take to receive yours since it comes from Korea?

So, just out of curiosity, does this thing interfere with the passenger side airbag? It sure looks like it does.
