My 2007 lexus IS 250, when engine on the radio no sound. but when engine off, the ignition on, the radio is working.
Somebody had the same problem?

This may seem like a stretch but feed back (energy like 12v) could allow it to operate when the engine is off and take the energy when the engine is on.
