Default Splashguard need

I just lowered my car more and it has been rubbing the splashguard and its been cut a lot, so now I am at the point to where I just want to take it out completely. Are there any negatives of taking the whole guard out?

I've been running without front wheel well liners for years now and as long as all cables/wires are tied up and out of the way, there's no issues without them...besides slightly more road noise transfer.

it's there to keep debris out from the wiring and the like, so removal isn't too much of an issue.
just make sure the tires do not contact anything else under there like said wiring harnesses!

I have half on mine cut out right now and plan on cutting more out next year when I get a new setup. Only thing I noticed is that it's a little tougher going through big puddles of water. But this only happened once while going through a random major rainstorm. Other than that, no issues. If you're hearing noise, crank the volume up lmao
