Ok, so after a few days and finally the time to recheck his steps, upon removing the spark plugs, he noticed that spark plug numbers 4 & 6 (based on the diagram above with the numbers) has cleaner (CRC throttle body & air intake cleaner) on it. So, obviously be drenched the throttle body while cleaning it and it got inside an area it's not supposed to be in. Spark plugs in cylinders #1, 3 and 5 are on the process of being checked right now.
Note- HE FORGET A FREAKING SPARK PLUG! #5 WTF?! And you ALL said to retrace his steps!!
What happens with the cleaner being inside the cylinders though?!

A little bit of cleaner so it’s damp shouldn’t be an issue. If you have significant pooling then I’d try blowing it out with compressed air or pulling it out with a small hose.
