I have a 08 IS250, Can I replace the radio & cd changer with a OEM nav?

Any one who has done it knows someone who has or just general insight

I thought if your car was non Nav from the factory you cant switch it to the OEM nav. I might be wrong on that though. There are a few aftermarket nav units for our cars though, which are alot better than the old, out-dated OEM nav unit. There is quite a few threads about it on here, do a search.
