from what i saw, its the only button that should be there , gonna get one at a junkyard and give it a try, if it doesnt work i guess thats where the 07 skid ecu comes in 🤷*♂️i saw a picture of a switch with like 3-4" of wires with it and they were the same colours

Yes, that connector is for the traction control switch on later models. It's called out as J37, but the wire colors do not look right. In TIS, the TC switch has two wires, pink and W/B (white with black stripe). The note in TIS is 2WD models - so it appears the '06 has the requisite wiring for a TC switch.

so if i understand correctly , i got the harness for the switch ? Before i blow up something 🤦*♂️😂
