Headlight Bulb
I know this may sound silly but what bulb is out on the following picture. I think this is the "full beam" bulb and it is a DS4 HID in a 2010 IS250 but am just wanting to confirm before obtaining new ones. Should I replace both or just one.

If it's a factory HID, it will be a D4S bulb (and I would recommend doing both at the same time). There is a possibility that someone installed HID's in the halogen housing if you're not the original owner, in which case you'd need to see what type of kit they used.
Use the satellite switch on the left of the steering wheel to scroll through the options and check to see if you have a menu option to turn AFS on or off. That's one of the easiest ways to confirm whether you have factory HID's or not on 2006-2010 models.

Thanks Jeff.
I managed to get to the drivers side which was easier to access and its a H11 bulb so these are just halogen's which is fine - Getting them in/out and secure was a bit of a pain and having to remove parts to gain access is a real pain but I'll get bulbs and my wife will be pleased to have both headlights working again.
