Hi all,
I am installing a rear diffuser on my 2008 is350 and had a couple of questions...
Not sure which diffuser it is called but a lot of people have the ebay equivalent on here although i purchased mine locally.
I am using a combination of 3m tape and screws...
I have the diffuser in place with 4 screws so far but I require more screws because the fitment isn't great and i can already see it coming off on certain edges. So far i have 1 screw above the muffler tips and on the edges underneath the driver and passenger side bumper where the wings spread out. It seems i will require maybe one more on each side but the screws my diffuser came with do not look like they will be long enough to reach the bumper once it pushes through the diffuser in the spots i want to place them.
So my question is for those who have installed it already did you guys have to use different length screws to achieve planting the screws in the other part of the diffuser and if so which length screws do you recommend?
I want this to be a more permament fix and not have to deal with this diffuser again after it is installed lol.
Thanks again.

Yes thats the one, But you see where you marked the red for the screws? Its actually a big gap just on the other sides of the middle division so it would be closer to the muffler side. Heck i might even put them there as well. I was considering the molding it, aspect but i need this thing planted and not coming off first sitting flush against the bumper with no gaps. Also this diffuser was painted matte black DIY by me but it came out looking greyish...Am i missing something? I wanted it like a much darker black...not sure what i did wrong there...I am going to have to reshoot it though maybe a satin black...
