Default Replace OEM Nav w/ 10.4" Vertical "Tesla-Style" Android System

So I have a bit of a conundrum here...

I recently purchased a 10.4" Tesla-Style Android system for my 2012 Lexus IS250 AWD from Phoenix Android Radios (PAR). According to them, their system is able to replace an OEM nav system, and have heard that the system is a simple plug and play, so I figured I'd save the money and just simply install the unit myself. However, when I started to install the system, I noticed some of the pin-outs on the plugs from the PAR unit for power, HVAC, etc. didn't match the configuration of the pins from the OEM harnesses. I managed to get power to the unit working from the J50 connector by reconfiguring the pins on the PAR unit connectors. that was the easy part. What isn't easy is trying to figure out how to connect audio out to the amp, the back-up camera, radio, security lamp, HVAC, steering wheel controls, and other necessary connections. I can easily find diagrams for the wiring of the non-nav units but nothing very helpful on OEM nav units or anything related to upgrading an OEM nav unit to one of these or similar units. I called PAR but they weren't much help. I can provide photos and other information if necessary. So far I only have power to the unit working and GPS functions. If anyone has any diagrams or can even point me to a thread I may have missed somewhere, please let me know. My goal right now is to get the following working: HVAC, Radio, Steering Wheel Controls, Security and Air Bag Lamps, OEM Back-Up Camera (if possible), and Audio (there's a chance I may have left something out on this list). Thank you for your time.

I already exhausted YouTube results, unfortunately Nothing helped. Every video was replacing a non-nav oem system.

I'm going to be in the same boat shortly. I just ordered one of these radios for my 2010 IS350 NAV, so I'm interested in what you figure out as mine gets shipped from China. I did throw in the extra $10 for their backup camera as I assumed the factory camera wouldn't work, but I'm hoping you find a way so I don't have to deal with wiring a new one up and mounting etc.
