GPS screen, Climate control and everything else is working including the power button to the radio however the buttons below that say AM, FM, and AUX are not working. They do not light up and the radio does not come on at all. Have watched YouTube videos and cannot find anything that describes my problem. Most it is an entire radio system issue with just a bad fuse.

Fuses #5 and #7: radio 1 & 2. Working and in order...wiring problem? Or entire lower radio unit problem?

Lower section does not seem to be receiving power. At first it would jump in and out when I went over bumps/pot holes. Now it is entirely out.
