Default Replaced fusible link, now full on error message

Last week my car was broke down due to the alternator, changed the alternator and accidentally short the circuit. Replaced the fusible link, car starts fine but that leads to another problem.

All 4 windows doesn’t work

P/S light on

Battery light on

Brake light always on

ABS lights on

ATS Lights on

Speedo don’t work etc

I have checked all the fuses in all 4 fuse box and all looks fine. Reset the ECU with pulling out the fuse and also disconnected the battery, try read a faulty code with a code reader and it doesn’t gives me any. I wonder if anyone can shed some lights on this ?
Vehicle is 2006 IS250 2nd Gen

I would also like to thanks for the guide on the forum, it makes life so much easier.

I suggest you get a 12v test lamp connect the clamp side to ground and physically probe each of the downstream connections of the bus bar having the integrated fuseable links. The lamp should light for all of them.

Assuming USD left hand drive, you will need the key on to test those on the left fender well as well as cabin fuses.

Which fuse blew during the short circuit incident?

Get one of these and a DMM. Both will be needed to troubleshoot from afar.
