Default Adding parking sensors

I read the DIY on adding parking sensors to my 2008 IS250 with nav. Bought all the parts - going to tackle it this weekend. I did not see anything about adding a parking sensor on/off button? Is there a button on the cars that come with them? I assumed there would be to the left of the steering wheel considering there are some blank spaces?

There are no dedicated buttons for the park sensors. They are controlled with the same three buttons to left of the steering wheel ( that look like this: < O > ) that are used for setting which set of TPMS sensors are active, the speed that turns the speedometer warning ring amber, etc.
