Check the wiring harness. Maybe they all lost power or ground from the same point. Like burned, opened, shorted, corrosion at the connector or a rodent chewed on something. You might need to disconnect the battery and inspect the ECU connections too.

so it woudlnt be the coil packs? I was thinking of changing the spark plugs and coil packs today

You can certainly check some aspects of the coil with a hand held ohm meter. This however is not a standard failure mode. Not all of them. Not all at once.
Look on Alldatadiy.com the subscription is cheap. Pull up the schematic for the coils and look for common points for ground and power. From there, find that on the car. I bet you find this one pretty quick.

In fact, I might just start at the car tracing the wires from the coils to the ECU.

Also there are two fuses worthy of checking:
10A ETCS
10A IGN

Out of the ECU (2GR-FSE) is IGF1 green wire and IGF2 Green/black trace these are common to all.

Bad ignition control module? It's in the front left of the engine. It has a cap cover like the one under the oil cap to prevent oil from dripping on the serpentine belt. The million dollar question is how to test it though.

OP this is a 250, yes?
Mike, the 350 does not show an external ignition module, like it is direct to the ECU. But it also shows a 2 wire coil pack when in fact it is a 4 wire. Maybe alldatadiy.com isn't all it could be?
