Default Head or valve cover gasket?

So, I was visually inspect engine last week and found smears of what appears to be oil leak on the passenger side.
No symptoms on oil/fuel/coolant consumption nor on performance! Everything is just fine with the car except for those oil smears.
Any one faced this issue?

Model: is300 gcc spec
Year: 2007
Mileage: 180k km (~112k miles)
Oil used: 5w30 castrol magnetic
Coolant: original toyota long life coolant

Seems like more of a "sweat" than a leak.
I wouldn't bother with it unless it's actually leaking.

For all you know it could have been a spill from above that trickled down.
