No. All 2006-2013 IS250/IS350 models use an open differential.

For your IS250, you can use a Torsen LSD from the FRS/BRZ/86 or from the IS300.

thanks so much for the info. Do you know the part number or what year BRZ/FR-S, and is it a direct swap out? no additional parts required.

If you purchase a good, used entire rear diff housing WITH the internals (the important part), yes...it'll be a direct swap out and in.

thanks im picking up a Torsen FR-S complete assembly soon. Would you also recommend replacing the drive shaft seals?

It wouldn't hurt to have them on hand as you never know what the RR person may have done during removal. One nick an you need a new seal. I'd be far less concerned about the input.

FWIW I've seen some pull a lot of suspension components free for this swap. I'd think the two lower arms at the wheel and the upper tie rod at the knuckle and you can pull one axle, lower the diff and pull the other axle. Taking note that you leave thos suspension bolts loose until car is sitting on its own feet and then tighten the bolts to spec. Rubber pivot bushings only.
