Intermittant Door Lock Issue
I've searched and can't find this specific issue for 2010 IS250.
Sometimes (often) I am unable to lock the doors using the FOB or buttons on the door panel. Unlock always works. When it doesn't work there is no beep or mechanical sound. Sometimes the doors lock automatically when I start the car and begin driving, sometimes not. Always the same condition on all 4 doors - either all work or all don't. My conclusion is that the actuators are OK, seems like a control module problem or a bad electrical connection somewhere. I replaced the switch module on the driver door, no change in symptoms.
I disconnected the battery for a few hours to attempt to "reboot" the control module. When I reconnected the battery the doors locked fine for several hours, then went back to being intermittent.
Anyone have similar experience? Which body control module controls the door locks and where is it located? Part number?
