Default Ac compressor

Hi all I am new to this but would like some expert opinion to help me with my car.

Friday morning driving to work my ac compressor seized and the pulley for it doesn't move when I try to start it, I would like to just get a shorter belt and by pass it for now but have no idea on what size of a belt I would need or what website would be best to get a replacement ac compressor for an affordable price being local shops are trying to charge a lot for a 13 year old car.

There about $300 online. Not too cheap or too expensive but $300 well worth it. I can't stand cars with no A/C
