Exclamation Navigation screen frozen white

Hi friends,

I have 2012 IS250 -

My navigation screen went white. Everything still works though - The radio and everything functions.
Even when you touch the screen itself you hear the feedback and noise that it's working. But the screen itself stays white and I can't see anything.

I have tried:
- unplugging the unit and re plugging everything in; checked the pins and everything seems okay.
- disconnecting my battery and re-connecting

Anyone have any ideas? Any insight would be greatly appreciated, thanks guys!

Lcd power board went out. You need to replace it!!! I'm talking about the board right on the back of the LCD

That actually makes a lot of sense, thanks buddy.
I'll try to get that replaced and hopefully this white screen stops blinding me at night haha.

Clean looking 350 btw

You should be more careful when buying the LCD power board. GS has same board as our IS, The only different is software loaded on chipset.

Thanks for your help buddy,

I took the console apart and found that the navigation ribbon cable was slightly ripped (causing a disconnection on a couple of points), so I fixed that portion and now it's working again

I see, that is why. You never mention that you have work on your unit.
