Carbon Cleaning Lexus IS250
I have just recently purcahsed Lexus IS250 2008, AWD, 162K miles.
I learned there is issues with carbon build up in the cylinders and I spoke to a local Lexus specialist to discuss options to mitigate this issue or at least control it. And an ATS chemical 3C intelligent induction cleaning was offered for around the $350. I really can't find much on whether this would work, except ATS's own self-promotion. Even then it usually uses European cars in its examples. There is also some advisories on certain European engines the process should not be used on.
Does anyone have any thoughts or maybe some real advice on how they have dealt with carbon build up with the Lexus IS250?

walnut blasting - I believe BMW/Subaru/Audi/VW garages should offer this service - basically they take the intake manifold off and blast the tops of the valves with fine walnut media and it leaves the valves super clean.
