Default Fuse Box clarification - clear plastic cover

Hi,

I'm trying to understand Fuse Box 1 (engine bay passenger side, near battery). the diagram shows that there is supposed to be a fuse in location #14, 30A for lowbeam headlights. However, it has a clear plastic cover that runs the length of the box and nothing that looks like a fuse below the cover that I can tell. i can see a few clips that I could pry to possibly lift the cover but again I'm not sure that there is a fuse that I can replace...

here's the diagram and a picture of the box, appreciate if anyone can elaborate. btw, it's a 2010 rwd is250

thanks.
J.

Do search and look closer, there are multiple fuses on each side of that rail. They're all shaped like little "Z"s just like plastic ones you pop out.

If one is open, you replace the whole bus bar.

Hi,
I popped off the cover and the fuse looked good and tested good with meter as well. It's hard to see but there was no obviously blown fuse. So I moved onto other testing of headlight circuit.

Thanks for confirming.
