I'm trying to understand Fuse Box 1 (engine bay passenger side, near battery). the diagram shows that there is supposed to be a fuse in location #14, 30A for lowbeam headlights. However, it has a clear plastic cover that runs the length of the box and nothing that looks like a fuse below the cover that I can tell. i can see a few clips that I could pry to possibly lift the cover but again I'm not sure that there is a fuse that I can replace...
here's the diagram and a picture of the box, appreciate if anyone can elaborate. btw, it's a 2010 rwd is250

Hi,
I popped off the cover and the fuse looked good and tested good with meter as well. It's hard to see but there was no obviously blown fuse. So I moved onto other testing of headlight circuit.
