Is 13.4 too low for voltage at idle
I went to lexus and was told my battery was bad. So I replaced the battery and the new battery keeps dying so I replaced the alternator. And now every morning I have to jump the car. I did a parasitic drain test and nothing came out of the ordinary. The battery goes from 12.4 to 10.2 in about 30 minutes of nothing on and it idles at 13.4-13.6. Am I missing something?

You have a bad battery. The voltage should not drop like that if there is no current draw. Double check by disconnecting the battery cable when you park the car after the car has been running. If the voltage is 12.4 when you disconnect the battery, it should still be 12.4 volts 24 hours later.

Check your battery cables too.
Same thing happened to me couple months ago.
Turned out my negative cable was stripped and I had to re-solder them.
Clean the terminals while you're at it as well.
