So for the last 3 months my check vsc light has not gone off not matter what I do.I have a Lexus is350,06 with 165,000 miles and thing has been running great up until 3 months ago.Check vsc light came on in addition with the check engine and the traction off so I scanned it at autozone and it gave me code po441 which they told me could be due to not closing my gas cap right so I replaced it and light went away for a month.Month later light comes back on so I scan it again,so I scan it and now it shows codes po441,po335,po504,po751,po651,c1223 so I didn’t even know what to do so i decided maybe it was an error i take it to a mechanic he scans it and he tells me it has the codes po751,po761 so I decide to take a risk and I replace the transmission from one from a junkyard with 66,000 miles.Put it on car runs better than before only problem the check vsc came back on so I drive it for a couple days trying to get a feel for what can be wrong and although this transmission feels better than the previous one I had it goes into limp mode randomly so I decide to take it to get scanned and it tells me same codes po751 and po761 so I wanted a second opinion and take it to a friend of mine who is also a mechanic he scans it and only code po420 comes up so I decide to change all four o2 sensors which were in pretty bad shape so I change all four thinking please let it be it and the light comes on again with the code po761.At this point I’m thinkng about taking it to the Lexus dealership so they can tell me precisely what’s wrong, and I was wondering has anyone encountered a similar problem?

On a mobile device until days end and no desire to look up all them codes. Perhaps replace all those "o" with zeros and list out the code details, timeline, and work done?
Like has the trans fluid ever been dumped or looked at?
Just saying as unpaid help, I despise doing more work than op but would likely have an opinion. Nothing personal.

This could be any number of things but you need to take it to a Lexus shop for proper diagnosis. Don't just replace parts. Here's why: a couple years ago I was driving and my car threw a P0715 transmission code (Input/Turbine Speed Sensor) and I just KNEW it had to be transmission related. Took it to Lexus and they did a fuel pressure test and it turned out to be my fuel pump going bad. That's probably not your issue but how would I have known without having it properly checked out? Btw, P0420 points to an exhaust leak not the O2 sensor. Again, have it checked out by a qualified Lexus shop.
