Default CEL Please help

2007 IS250 AWD

I have searched briefly in the threads but did not find an answer to my question. 2 weeks ago I got a code P0172 I believe for bank 1 sensor 1 too rich. I cleaned the MAF sensor first but it wasn't that. I ordered and replaced the o2 sensor upstream passenger side. The new o2 sensor is from rockauto.com and it is a denso brand. I installed it and cleared the codes. Now it is saying P2195 bank 1 sensor 1 too lean. I cleared the code and it came back. Most threads or researches I did is saying to replace it. I have already done that. I have yet to find a thread saying after replacement the code P2195 came up. So I don't know what to do. Today I even went back to unplug the o2 sensor and plug it back in to make sure there were no corrosion or possible electrical burns on the pins. Everything was fine and plugged in all the way. I really need help to figure this out. It is my only car and winter is upon me so I hope I won't be without a car. If anyone has any idea or has been in the same situation please help. Thanks

Did you remove any of the stock intake piping? Check for a vacuum leak first. If you did remove anything make sure it's on correct.

I have an injen intake on there. I checked the rubber hoses and all clamps. They are all tight. No leaks.

If you have your stock airbox setup. I would put that in, and see If your problem persists.

Well I've read some having issues of running intakes, but it was usually both banks.

One thing comes to mind is did you tighten the new 02 sensor well? As for the lean on 1 bank seems odd.

I'm assuming the Injen has been there for a while since you don't have the stock intake anymore. Are you using an oiled filter? That oil could be dirtying up your MAF sensor, clean it with MAF cleaner and disconnect your battery for 10 minutes. I'd check the voltage at the MAF as well. O2 sensor and the MAF need to work together otherwise those codes can be thrown, so 100% rule out MAF issues first.
