What kind of miles does the car have on it? Options?
Those codes are kind of concerning to me

Yep, agreed. Unless you are budgeting for a possible transmission rebuild/replacement

If it's just paint that is damaged and not the body, I would just get it repainted

You would have to check with a body shop. It would be materials plus whatever hourly rate they charge. One body shop gave me an estimate of $1800 to paint and install a bumper cover on a 2018 Civic (I provided the bumper cover). A friend of mine who is a body shop manger did it for half that

Starfire I believe is a pearl paint code. If so, unfortunately that is very difficult to match-up...unless doing the entire car. So unless you're okay with a subtle paint difference between the panels afterward, I'd leave as-is and possibly have a paint correction place look at it first to see if they might be able to clean it up a bit.
