Default sticky panels

*Lexus dealer first review. I told them go check again, turned on the mobile flashlight and showed them exactly where the issue was.
At the beginning technician justified it as normal wear, my response was why then the steering wheel and all other doors are in perfect shape.
I adviced to leave the car outside for about an hr with windows up, or bring a heat gun at low setting, to show the handle gets sticky as soon as it is 90 degrees outside.
Inside the shop, that is around 75F sure will feel ok.
*His face immediately changed and acknowledged my input. Told me there was no need to do that, he believed me, went back, took much better pictures, showed them to me if they look good to submit to headquarters, gave the thumbs up.
- Below is the submitted report, so sometimes it takes a little bit of extra work (like I always say, proper etiquette goes a long way), and things may work out.

* Lexus dealer second review, finalized submitted paperwork, waiting for headquarters approval.

Good luck

I'm looking at a 2012 IS250 that from the pictures obviously didn't get the ZLZ treatment. Is there any way to check if the program is still available for this car before I purchase it? Here is a picture of the dashboard.

No, coverage for the 2008 model year ended a few years ago.

Agreed. I'm just not sure how 10 years is calculated since I have no access to this car's birthdate/sales date as it is 10 years old which should be covered.

Its calculated based on 2 things:
1 Your car model year must be within 10 years or:
2 The day your car first sold from the dealer until you make the claim is within 10 years.
