I think it might be time to visit an independent lexus/toyota mechanic. You might have an ECU issue, a soft fault on the CAMbus or something else. It seems like you have more issues than we can solve in a forum environment. My next guess would be a failing alternator or a poor ground from battery to chassis/engine. Good luck!

Yes awesome did have the same problem rear brake light didn't work and car didn't want to start i check the fuse box that is located the passenger side under the glove compartment and found one fuse blown(7.5),I replaced it then i try to start the car and i works again normal ,all good thanks for your update it helped me big time!
