What is this sound inside the car coming from my AC system?
It sounds like what I picture when a canister is leaking gas or air. It makes this noise the entire time I'm driving and it gets a little louder when I'm accelerating.

So the low port was showing 10psi so I recharged the AC and its cold on all vents now but I'm still hearing the hissing constantly.
Here's a new video and I turn the AC off so you can single out the sound from the other sounds in the vid

Hey thanks for the reply... so I opened the hood to listen for anything else. When I turned the car off I can hear the hissing sound down by the compressor.

its not working... thinking that it may have just been a low charge, I refilled it with a 10oz can of refrigerant and it went down to 45-50 degrees for 24 hours. Now its blowing 85 degrees out of all vents.

The system works on the premise of pressure drop. If the TX valve leaks, never sealing properly because it has debris in it, that could explain the sound and the lack of cooling.
Did you pull it down to -29.5inHg for 3 hours?
Does it have dye in it for a leak test?
I fear it may be overcharged and leaking internally. Just a WAG w/out knowing the WHOLE story.

Also I might as well ask this here instead of starting a new thread.....
My car had repairs done a few years ago and the hood was replaced so the original yellow sticker under the hood with the MIN and MAX refrigerant allowed us missing. So could someone tell me what he MIN and MAX measurements are for adding refrigerant to my 2012 is250??
