I disconnected some harnesses that was connected to the amp in the trunk and I reconnected them. Now I have no sound and idk what to do. Ive already checked for blown fuse and nothing. Ive been looking all around and I seems no one has the answer to this problem. Please help I just was music please
You might want to check if the connectors are seated properly. Also are any of the connector the same pin count, and profile? They could be crossed just a guess here as I've never actually checked the amp myself.

All connections are seated properly. And our connections are in the right spot you kind of can't mess this up because the connections are keyed and as you pull them out they stay in the right spot together on the harness
You need to check the basics. Get a test lamp and meter. Verify it has a valid ground and power. Pull them connections apart and thoroughly inspect the pins female connections. Make sure no wires are broke or pushed out of place.
Do a search for a schematic. People have posted them several times and find the power and ground. Verify it has them.
The amp show any signs of being wet? Any rust? Also has your main battery been disconnected and perhaps had the poles reversed?
You can try this too. One of the screens tests the Amp.

With engine on, vehicle stopped, turn the light switch to OFF. Press and hold the Info button and turn the light switch on then off 3 times. The touch screen will go into a new mode offering options for equipment versions, hardware versions and diagnostic features. You will also find settings for mic input and bluetooth volumes. Could be helpful if someone can't hear you.
Here are some crappy pictures. Units with Nav will have more options.
Turn the key off when done.

so I was able to get into the diagnostic menu but I don't see anything to test the amplifier. Another thing I saw is that it said it had no connection(NCON) to the amplifier in the status menu it was in red

Like you thought, the amp is offline. That test confirmed it.
Like I said above, you need a test lamp and meter. After this we can walk you through it.
You could start by pulling the amp and inspecting all connections, looking for tell tale signs of water intrusion, corrosion, oxidation on the pins and all that. Just pull the fuses first and keep in mind those are low level output from the HU to amp, static could hurt the HU and AMP.
