Default Navigation Connector Conversion?

Hello, I have a '06 IS250 and the navigation is not working so it needs to be replaced. I bought a newer navigation from an '11 and the connectors are different. By any chance are there any conversion kits/connectors that I can use so I don't have to go through the ordeal of returning it and finding a navigation that matches my year?

'06 on the left '11 on the right. Black part is the radio.

'06 on the bottom '11 on top. The black part is the radio.

Default Aftermarket Radios

If there isn't a way to use the '11 navigation with my '06 connectors are there any aftermarket radios that you guys can recommend because almost every '06-'09 navigation is inflated as hell. Around 400$ is a good price for me.

Are you planning to sell back your non-working unit?

I'm not aware of any conversion harnesses available. It would likely be possible to make the harnesses, but nothing easily available.

I have a 2011 nav unit and I want to put it into my 2009 is250. Where could I get the harness so for it so I don’t have to splice the wiring?

I also have a 2009 is250 with navigation, I was able to come across a 2011 is250 with navigation (complete assembly).
It looks like physically it should fit but my concern is the electrical contractors in the rear, also any kind reprogram needed if it is a plug and play.
Thanks
