Very nice! I've always wanted to see that. So now can you check for me the oil on my plug connection? How the heck does it leak oil out. I cleaned it up a few weeks back. Its spotless now. The one time I cleaned it the next day it was filled with oil again.

I would think its s small gap on where the 2 prongs stick out. That's where the oil would get pushed out.

The entire assembly is sealed except for the plug and the axle for the flap, so I'ma say oil vapors get into the assembly from the axle while everything is nice and hot, things cool down, condense, then you have oil on the plug.

You just like the smell of burning plastic!!!
Overall it doesn't look too bad for the low hood, DD but less than wonderful for max powers!

So what's next? 3D printer?

I gotta figure out how to make the idea in my head fit the fastener holes I have available, but it's a foam-cored glass cloth (probably something like 4oz plain weave) baseplate with runners going toward the shock towers, joined in the middle by the ACIS flap I just extracted. Epoxy resin, nothing special, this thing doesn't see crazy pressures or temperatures. After futzing around with the head ports for so long, I'm not exactly eager to be getting into the photo-negative of that game with keeping the intake runners equal volume, and I'm really not sure keeping the ACIS flap is worth any of the trouble, but we'll see. I still have lots of thinking time. Will probably do some CyberTruck prototypes with glued-together cardboard first, to get the rough dimensions figured out before I try to get itchy.

Regardless of whether the ACIS will do anything, after seeing the turn #5 and #6 runners have to take to get air from the plenum, having a throttle body pointing almost directly at each bank will absolutely improve the power potential for the engine.

Before 2>4, I was a contributing member of a reprap community that ate itself alive trying to make quick money, so my 3d printer's in a box, in pieces, a bitter reminder of another dead community.
