Cool Canada spec radio??

I need to replace my radio head unit. My car was originally sold new in Canada. My radio is a P1838 (seen on the front). These are hard to find. I am finding more available P1837. The only difference that I can find is that Lexus parts .com says that my P1838 is Canada spec. Can anyone tell me what difference that makes?

No difference. I have a USA car and I l live in CANADA. there is no issues with radio connectivity. The online difference is my car has MILES/FERUNHEIGHT instead of KM/CELSIUS

2011+ US-spec radios support Lexus Enform, SafetyConnect and some additional XM radio functionality that Canada-spec models did not have. I haven't attempted to swap them, but I suspect it shouldn't be too much trouble.
