Hey so I just noticed I have a squeaking today while driving it sounds like something is grinding and doesnt happen all the time and mainly at lower speeds. Breaking doesn’t affect it and turning not much more at constant speed. I have attached a video anyone know the cause? My mechanics busy for a few days so I’m not sure if I should drive it
edit: video didn’t upload so I put it on YouTube
thanks in advanced

You could have caught debris/a rock in-between the dust shield and your rotor. This happened to me once and I dislodged it by simply going in reverse and stopping myself. Try this. If it persists, remove the wheel where you're having the issue and inspect the braking caliper/brake pad area ensuring anything isn't there that shouldn't be.

It sounds like the dust shield is touching the rotor.
