Default Paint/sway bar question

Hey so I have two quick questions. My 07 is250 awd with 202 black paint has some paint starting to crack on the back and very small rust starting above rear wheels(very small but I want to be cautious)
my best bet would be to sand it and prime and paint it? I will include pictures and that brings me to my questions. Where is the best place to get/order Lexus 202 paint and rear f sport sway bar? Thanks in advance

Clear coat is peeling, ideally, you'll want to repaint the entire bumper. IIRC, on Amazon, you can buy pre-painted rear bumpers for ~$150 if you want to go that route.

F-Sport RSB is best ordered on eBay. Most should be $180 + shipping. I know that's what Bell Lexus charges for theirs on eBay. Believe the part number is the same between the RWD and AWD models for the rear bar: PTR02-53080

The areas that need paint are so small, I'd just treat the rust and use touch-up paint. About the rear bumper, grab some rubbing compound and a microfiber cloth and hit the areas that have damage. ALOT of scuffs and paint-transfer can be removed using a little elbow-grease with the right product. But off course anything through the clear coat and paint on the bumper cannot be saved.

I would purchase new endlinks for the sway bars. You don’t necessarily need to buy adjustable if you’re not lowering it too much.

youtube videos show how to use touch up paint, since the area is very small at the arches.
yes you should try to minimize the rust growing especially in your area.

those scratches look like simple paint transfer which can be buffed off, but be careful on bumpers since they are plastic and more susceptible to melting if you create too much heat from the buffer/compound.
as stated, if the scratches are deeper than the clear, it is unsavable and will need a complete repaint.

be careful with aerosol paints. though it generally can match (black being the easiest to match), it's the application that is very tricky even for the advanced body painter. https://touchupdirect.com/
