Default Trans fluid leak?

Hello can someone guide me as to what this leak could be? Trans fluid? I thought I was leaking oil from the oil pan but I don’t think this is that.

If i were to guess i would say trans pan gasket. BUT It also looks wet in front of the pan so it may be a front shaft seal. Tranny would need to come out for the front main seal to be replaced. Normally gravity pulls fluid down so start by looking where the fluid starts getting the transmission wet even though it's wet on the pan it might be coming from further front of the car and getting blown back by the wind as you're driving. You can also clean it up and wait for it to leak a little bit more and it'll be easier to tell where it starts.

On the side of trans there, there is a black plastic cover. Remove that. Hopefully the fluid leaking is just trans fluid from a worn linkage shaft seal behind that plastic cover. I replaced mine that was worn when I did a trickle flush on my trans.

In the picture, there is a missing bolt (Top left corner) on that pan. Could that be the culprit?

I did notice that after looking at the picture. Is it possible that could cause the slow leak?

Looks like a missing pan bolt. The others could possibly be loose. That could cause a leak.
Clean it with brake clean and try to pin point the leak.

Check the link below. Usually they show the diagram as well so you can probably get the part number for the bolt from it.

https://www.ssl-parts.com/?gclid=EAI...yAAEgJOFfD_BwE.

You could always call the dealer and get the part# from them. Once you have the part#, you can then check with Toyota as well. Same PN# is shared sometimes for common hardware between the brands.

Don't mention it. Glad to help out and pass on the favor that I have benefited from other members of this forum.
Hope you get it sorted out without getting ripped off from the dealer.

Cheers!
