Default 2008 lexus is250

Im wondering if someone can tell me how people are upgrading their middle consoles from the factory to this one.(the picture) I have seen a couple of people do this to their ‘08 is250 but i dont know how. Because i hate the factory middle console.

Looks like the 3rd gen IS, are you wanting to put that in your 2IS?

In my opinion seems like a lot of work and the wiring up for the controls would be tough
