Default Missing crossmember ?

Hey guys I’ve been having a thumping noise coming from my center console area only when taking off wether slow or fast doesn’t matter , so before anything ofcourse I thought trans mount , I pulled the crossmember where the trans mount will be found. Inspected it and notice that it was obviously bad. Upon further observation I noticed that right in front of where I removed the cross member from theres 1 open bolt hole on each side in front of where the member was. And there’s there’s a rubber mount / bushing type rectangular shaped rubber piece on the end of the transmission right before drive shaft. My trans is an AWD 07. There’s nothing hold that end of it up/ bushing, seems like a bar should be growing across to mount on to that bushing and fill in the missing holes ? Am I wrong or right ? Maybe that was also causing the trans to move so much? Please let me know what’s the proper name of that rubber piece and name of the member if needed. Thank you. Took some pictures to see if it would help obviously.
