Default Diag VSC Message

Hey guys, last night the VSC light came on and I also got a diag vsc message on the display.

This morning i plugged in my bluetooth OBDII and got on the fusion app. But it didnt show that i had any codes. This is my first time using any OBDII scanners so maybe I'm not looking in the right places to get the code since Im a newbie at this. Or can you guys be able to tell me what the problem could possibly be? fyi I just had my exhaust installed this weekend. tanabe+invidia midpipe. Maybe that he has something to do with it? I dont know. I tried disconnecting the negative terminal for 20 minutes to see if itll reset itself but didn’t do anything.

Since Fusion doesn't have ABS capability. Do you have the Lexus/Toyota add on package? If so there should be a PID maybe for wheel speed. By using that you could see if all 4 wheels are giving out a signal for the speed sensors.

Just curious it could be a dead wheel sensor. My car is AWD so I see 4 Wheel Drive under the add on package. I'm able to see each wheel MPH.

I got codes C1210 and C1234. I am going to guess that maybe the 2007 Skid ECU that I installed in my 2006 malfunctioned or something.

If you have the old one pop it back in, and check. If you still get the code. It will be looking like issues with the Yaw rate sensor. Was it working up until now with the 07 skid ecu?

Yeah luckily I stored that ECU with all other stock parts i removed. And yeah I had no issues/warning lights before this. Its been since like January or February when I first installed it.

Also since for some reason it lost the Yaw rate calibration. You might have to zero point the old one first after the install, or try to zero pont the current 07 ecu.

This is what I came up with POST #10. Count the pins from left to right. Ensuring the paper clip is in the correct locations. You'll have to be on your back looking up, and preferably a flash light to view the DLC plug.

At the SC Forum, we developed a VSC Reset Tool (basically using the paper clip concept). I use that to reset VSC lights on the SC. Good to hear that it works on the IS as well.

That Fusion App is a powerful tool with the add on PID pack. Good job.
