Hi everyone, new member here. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix the holes in my dash? it also has the sticky dash problem. i cant seem to find a 2nd hand dash in good condition and a new dash is to expensive. Reached out to Lexus and they cant do a recall.
Any help would be appreciated. Its a 2007 IS 350 right hand drive import from japan.
I believe you can get a new dash for around $400 (US) although you are in New Zealand so it may be more expensive where you are. If that is not in your price range I have heard some people have vinyl wrapped their dashes. There is also something called Leather Vinyl wrap that I have seen that is inexpensive
The thing I would be concerned with is airbag performance with vinyl wrap on top of it. If you can source a dash, there are a few DIY videos online about the process of swapping it out.
