Default New Tesla style so-called 10.4 inch screen

Before anyone goes ordering from Phoenix specifically they're 10.4 inch vertical screen Tesla Style unit it is not 10.4 in and their customer service sucks if you even get a hold of them on the phone. Even though it's Corona season it took my package a month and a half to get to me half the time I was wondering if I was even going to get it because I wasn't getting replies on whether or not it was coming or even shipped I got the tracking number 5 days before I got my package even though it was shipped out well before that. When FedEx finally delivered the package it was nowhere to be found and it was at house two houses down and sat in the Sun for about 5 hours. When I got the box there was no labeling on it that said fragile or anything of that nature so I'm sure it was tossed around a bunch. All that though some of that was on FedEx and not Phoenix

If they are giving you the dimensions the same way as a monitor, you would not measure it horizontally, but from the top left corner down to the bottom Right corner. Try measuring it that way and see what it comes out to. If it comes out to 10.4", they are not deceiving you when it comes to size. That said, looking at pics from other members, the unit they sent you looks very different from pics I am seeing

Screen size is measured diagonal. Doing the math without even being exact you can calculate that the screen is above 10" using the length and the width.

U guys are right I should of thought of that b4 I posted but i was already heated from it taking almost 2 months to get to me and having to track down the unit after it said it was delivered and I could not find it. Besides all that, it is all plug-in play pretty simple but kind of confusing at first because there's no directions that come with it in the Box and it seems to be a lot of wires. I believe there are some directions or videos online. I did not get the 360-degree View so I did not have to plug in any cameras. All I got was the OBD2 Wi-Fi and the unit itself. I have yet to try and get the OBD2 to work as that did not come with directions but a minidisc that I'm not sure if it goes into a laptop or what. Overall the unit isn't bad fairly simple to install. I'm still trying to figure out some of the features on the unit. I can say with hotspot connected and your phone connected using the easy con app it started getting choppy with the music when the system would bump but that's just my phone my service I can't speak for anyone else's connection. So I simply use Bluetooth instead. One of the things I don't like is I'm used to turning down the radio or shutting it off with a push of a button when I see cops and need to turn down the stereo. now I either have to turn it down on my phone or use the steering wheel volume down which takes a while to be quiet. Again I am still learning the features of this screen so there may be an easier way I just haven't played with it much yet.
