= video of noise being made

-I tried doing the water method but still got the noise and also the belt seems tight. Please help me

 

I had a similar chirping noise. Tried the water and soap tricks; nothing worked. Fixed it with a new OEM accessory belt.

 

Different car, but I had this chirping noise in my 2006 Toyota Camry SE with the 3.3L V6 at around 100K or so. When I did the 100K service I changed all the belts and tensioner (water pump as well) and the noise went away. I'm at 150K plus right now and no noise except a few rattles from age

 

One thing you could try is some belt condtioner or dressing spray. Usually available at auto parts stores.

 

For how long you've owned the car? Do you happen to know if the alternator has been already replaced or not?
I had very similar annoying squeaking noise. The alternator went bad, it was replaced and I realized afterwards that the squeaking noise was completely gone. Some say the alternator bearing might have been guilty for the sound.
